Adam Elman is the Co-Founder and a Managing Partner of Profitable Finance, LLC.
He began his career at Comcast Spectacor, the sports and entertainment arm of Comcast. In this role he managed accounting and FP&A for the Wells Fargo Center. Later he moved on to Live Nation Entertainment where he was responsible for managing the accounting
Adam Elman is the Co-Founder and a Managing Partner of Profitable Finance, LLC.
He began his career at Comcast Spectacor, the sports and entertainment arm of Comcast. In this role he managed accounting and FP&A for the Wells Fargo Center. Later he moved on to Live Nation Entertainment where he was responsible for managing the accounting function for two music venues generating $5MM in annual revenue. From there he moved onto Moment House, Inc. where he was the first finance hire and managed the finance function of a $20MM per year start-up.
He holds his Bachelors Degree in Accounting and Masters of Business Administration with a focus in Entrepreneurship from West Chester University of Pennsylvania.

Eilyas Latif is the Co-Founder and a Managing Partner of Profitable Finance, LLC.
Prior to moving to the accounting side of business, Eilyas worked in business development where he helped aspiring entrepreneurs turn their ideas into actual businesses. During this time he found that many of his clients had lacked the understanding of financ
Eilyas Latif is the Co-Founder and a Managing Partner of Profitable Finance, LLC.
Prior to moving to the accounting side of business, Eilyas worked in business development where he helped aspiring entrepreneurs turn their ideas into actual businesses. During this time he found that many of his clients had lacked the understanding of financial statements, so he made it his goal to fix this gap.
After leaving the business development field, Eilyas joined TMNA Services, LLC where he was tasked with managing financial statement preparation and analysis. He later moved to the food and beverage industry and joined the Metropolitan Hospitality Group. In this role he was tasked with financial reporting for several restaurants in the Washington D.C. region.
He holds his Bachelors Degree in Accounting from the Pennsylvania State University.
